Work Force

Work Force is the an Employment Readiness and Social Enterprise initiative designed to achieve two goals.

1.) Help individuals re-gain the skills and confidence necessary to secure and hold a full time job

2.) Provide an alternate method for support of the work of the Mission other than direct donation

Trucks

This operation is a service offered to businesses who have a regular delivery of products that need to be off loaded into coolers, freezers and order stock rooms. This service provides a team of workers who will off load and propertly store the order. It includes verification of the order, inventory control and FIFO management. Current users of this service include Tim Horton's, McDonalds and Swiss Chalet.

Helping Hands

This service is for those odd jobs where an extra hand or two is needed.

- dump runs

- site or yard clean up

- moving items such as furniture within your home or business

- getting rid of old appliances

We offer the following:

$30/hr - Two men

$40/hr - Two men + van

$30 minimum - Dump Fee

$75/hr - pressure washing crew

We offer access to a cube van, cargo van and pick up. Pressure washing can be done without access to water.
