In a booming economy like the one we find ourselves in today it is hard to believe that there are any who could not obtain or retain a steady job. Yet, there are those that have never been taught basic job skills or work ethic or their confidence had been eroded by years of addiction. For these people, holding a steady meaningful job is only an unattainable dream.

Through the compassion of several local businessmen, Work Force offers the opportunity to be employed doing contracts for service. These people are under the direction and instruction of a crew foreman who acts as a job coach to help re-establish work skills and ethics in a safe environment, some for the first time. Through encouragement and patience people’s confidence grows and they are able to master the simple job skills and work ethic needed to enter the job market.
